How to Nominate

• Insert up to 3 (three) nominations  in 1 or more of the 14 categories in the Nomination Form below.
• If you choose not to nominate at all in a category, please write NIL in the relevant submission pane.
• Only Queensland-based professional and independent artists or companies are eligible for Groundling awards, although other Australian companies are eligible for recognition beside their Queensland co-producers in the Best Co-Production Category.
